How We Work
A short note on what it is like to be part of the team before you scan the open roles below.
HKQS Games is operated by HK QS Technology Co., Limited, a Hong Kong registered studio. We are a small, senior-leaning team that values ownership over hierarchy. Most of us work remotely across multiple time zones, with a registered office in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong used for mail, compliance, and the occasional in-person gathering.
We ship continuously. Releases are small, frequent, and reversible. We measure success by how a game feels to play, not by how many meetings it took to plan. We write things down, we document decisions, and we try to keep our processes light enough to actually follow.
If you care about performance, accessibility, and the moments of delight that turn a one-time visitor into a returning player, you will feel at home here. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from everywhere — what matters to us is the work.
