Contact the HKQS Games Team
Questions, partnerships, press, or technical issues — we read every message sent to aitaruan707@gmail.com and aim to reply within two business days. Whether you are a player reporting a bug in Smash Blocks, a developer proposing a new release for our catalog, or a journalist covering the casual gaming space, the HKQS Games team in Hong Kong is ready to help. Use the categories below to route your message to the right team, and please include as much detail as possible so we can give you a precise, useful response on the first reply.
Response Time
How quickly you can expect to hear back from the HKQS Games team.
Our standard response window is 24 to 48 hours on business days, measured from the moment your email lands in our shared inbox at aitaruan707@gmail.com. Messages received during Hong Kong business hours are usually triaged within the same day, while messages arriving outside business hours or on weekends are queued for the next working day.
Partnership proposals and press requests may take slightly longer when they require input from multiple stakeholders; in those cases we will send a short acknowledgement within 48 hours and follow up with a full reply as soon as the review is complete. If you have not heard from us within five business days, please check your spam folder and resend — occasionally our replies get filtered by aggressive spam rules.
For urgent technical issues that affect a large number of players (a game refusing to load on a major browser, for example), please add "URGENT" to the subject line so we can prioritize triage.
Office Location
Our registered office in the Kwai Chung industrial area of Hong Kong's New Territories.
HK QS Technology Co., Limited is registered at RM 28, 2/F, BLK A, KWAI SHING IND BLDG PHASE 1, 36-40 TAI LIN PAI ROAD, KWAI CHUNG HONG KONG. The Kwai Shing Industrial Building is part of the long-established Kwai Chung industrial estate, a cluster well known for housing technology, logistics, and creative businesses alongside the container port.
The area is well connected by Hong Kong's public transport network. Kwai Fong MTR station on the Tsuen Wan Line is the closest rail link, reachable in roughly 10 to 15 minutes on foot or a short minibus ride. Multiple bus and green minibus routes serve Tai Lin Pai Road directly, connecting Kwai Chung to Tsing Yi, Tsuen Wan, and the wider New Territories. For visitors travelling by car, the building is a short drive from Route 5 and the Tsing Ma Control Area.
While we welcome scheduled meetings with partners and press, please note that our office is not a public showroom and walk-in visits are not accommodated. To arrange an on-site meeting, please email us in advance so we can prepare access and a meeting room.
Business Hours Detail
When our Hong Kong team is available to read and respond to your messages.
Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT, GMT+8). Outside these hours, our inbox remains open for incoming mail but is not actively monitored.
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday are non-working days. Emails received over the weekend are queued and addressed in the order they were received starting Monday morning.
Public holidays: We observe all Hong Kong statutory public holidays as published by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government. During multi-day holiday periods such as Lunar New Year, Easter, and Christmas, response times may extend slightly beyond the standard 48-hour window; we will always reply as soon as the team is back online.
If your message is time-sensitive and falls outside our standard hours, please mark it clearly in the subject line so it can be picked up promptly when the team returns.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions we receive most often. If your question is not covered here, please email aitaruan707@gmail.com.
How do I propose a game for distribution on HKQS Games?
Send an email to aitaruan707@gmail.com with the subject "Partnership", including a short studio introduction, a playable build or gameplay video, and your preferred monetization model. Our review team evaluates submissions based on performance quality, originality, and player value, and typically returns a decision within two weeks. Approved titles are usually onboarded within another two weeks, with revenue share terms negotiated per title.
How do I report a bug or game issue?
Use the contact form on this page and select "Technical Support" as the subject. Please include the game title, browser name and version, device model, operating system, a short description of what happened, and any error messages. Screenshots or a short screen recording significantly speed up our reproduction and fix time. Most reproducible bugs are patched within one to two release cycles.
What is the partnership collaboration process?
It begins with your proposal email, followed by an internal review, then a call or email exchange to align on scope, revenue share, and integration timeline. Once both sides agree on terms, we sign a short agreement, integrate your title into our platform, and coordinate a launch date with cross-promotion. The full process usually takes three to six weeks from first contact to public launch.
Do you offer phone support?
No. All official HKQS Games communication happens over email from aitaruan707@gmail.com. We do not operate a phone support line, and we will never call you unsolicited. Please be cautious of impersonators using look-alike domains or messaging apps pretending to represent our team.
Can I visit your office in person?
Our Kwai Chung office is a working studio rather than a public showroom, so walk-in visits are not accommodated. If you are a partner, journalist, or candidate with a scheduled meeting, please email us in advance to arrange access and a meeting room. The nearest MTR station is Kwai Fong on the Tsuen Wan Line, roughly a 10–15 minute walk away.
